Ms. Mayer practices civil litigation with an emphasis on workers compensation defense, municipal and police liability, and insurance defense. Ms. Mayer obtained her undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of Southwestern Louisiana (now University of Louisiana at Lafayette) in 1976. She received her law degree from LSU Paul M. Hebert Law Center in 1995. She is admitted to practice in all state courts of Louisiana and in the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of Louisiana, as well as the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeal. She is a member of the Louisiana State and Lafayette Parish Bar Associations.
